Women in Red. The Glamour Women of the Year Awards

Glamour Women of the Year Awards  were held in Berkeley Sq in Mayfair in Central London and what a night. Decided on an unusual angle for this years feature looking at the highlights but red dresses only? Don’t think anybody else has done this and they probably don’t have these shots either.  The thing is I was actually there, the papers and fashion bloggers were not hence I was in no rush to get this out by 10pm last night like the rest of the media. There are some unique shots here! Rosie Huntington Whiteley. Women in Red. Glamour Women of the Year Awards, London 4 in my opinion that stood out on the night because of the red dress factor were naturally Kate Hudson bringing that Hollywood Wow Factor, all of Little Mix, Fearne Cotton and last but certainly not least Rosie Huntington-Whiteley. There’s something about a woman in a red dress, songs have been written about it, it takes guts and confidence to pull it off, but when it’s done right it certainly has the wow fact...

The list is endless. You just don't realise what it takes to get shots of these stars ..............sometimes it's an absolute nightmare. BEHIND THE SCENES This Taylor Swift photo was taken from the manic fan pen at the National TV Awards. She came over and what I call Ultra Close Up ....I call it with...

Jessica Wright at the Olympus Has Fallen Premiere London

Jessica Wright The Olympus Has Fallen Premiere was buzzing the BFI IMAX in London with it’s European Premiere and there was an extensive guest list for this event.   With the main action centred around the films leads of Aaron Eckhart and Gerard Butler the female stars had to pull the stops out to ensure they shone as brightly as the Eckhart and Butler combo.   Guests on the night included The Voice Finalist Bo Bruce, Gabriella Ellis, Jessica-Jane Clement, Labrinth, Lydia Rose Bright, Matt Johnson, Natalie Pinkham, Sophie Turner and Sway amongst others.   Difficult to pull a headliner out of this collection of guest arrivals but in the looks department  Jessica Wright in a black number seemed to do it for us here on the night with Frankie Essex raising a few eye brows and warming up a chilly night.   Archive Article: 3 April 2013 This article originally appeared on Frank John London

Met a lot of great people in London today! Tomorrow, we rock Dublin! #lovemylife Her timing was something else, as she arrived by car just minutes after a heavy snow shower that lasted for half an hour. It had us photogs looking like snowmen for a few minutes and everything just melted away seconds before this ray of sunshine arrived. Classic! Ultra Close up of Tamara Ecclestone at the My Beautiful Ball Katie Piper Foundation Event, London

Ultra Close Up of Tamara Ecclestone eyes down but still looking good! The My Beautiful Ball Katie Piper Foundation event was held last night at the Landmark Hotel in Marylebone Central London. Not a film premiere or awards event but a charity bash designed to raise money for a worthy cause. Guests included Barbara Windsor, Nick Knowles, Danielle O Hara, Alex Jones, Caroline Flack, Dionne Bromfield, Claire Sweeney, Louie Spence, Nick Knowles, Brooke Kinsella, Little Boots, Sarah Harding and more. Gone with Tamara Ecclestone for the main photo. Daughter of Bernie Ecclestone the Formula 1 Supremo and Founder of Formula 1 in 1987. A hectic event to photograph as the arrivals were at the hotel at the same time as hotel guests arriving and the event is directly opposite Marylebone station and the timing was the same as the rush hour. Throw in some manic I don’t give a damn Paparazzi, Press, confused tourists and autograph hunters and it all adds up to a fun evening. All in a days work? Archi...

Dakota Blue-Richards at The Star Trek Into Darkness World Premiere London

Dakota Blue Richards arrives at the Star Trek Into Darkness Premiere at the Empire Cinema in Leicester Square. Long range shot. Photo Frank John for Famefad.com The Star Trek Into Darkness Premiere was held at the Empire cinema in Leicester Square  ( 2 May) and most of the cast were in attendance including Zachary Quinto, Chris Pine and Zoe Saldana and Alice Eve plus an extensive guest list to add more electricity to the already electric proceedings. Really was hoping for a " Beam Me Up Scotty ” style arrival, but the more traditional Mercs with blacked out windows it was. Can't win them all? Photo of the night for me is without a doubt Dakota Blue Richards. Why? She caught my eye  as she arrived (photo above). She came over for some closer shots (too good for here) had time for my camera, gave eye contact, she was looking on the money and had a beautiful smile. Granted she is not a massive name BUT for me this will always trump it, grab the headline and win the day on t...

Lady Gaga with a Cup of Tea, Shades and Hair in a Bun in Central London???

Lady Gaga with what looks like a cup of tea/coffee or is it ice cream ....outside her hotel?? An archive photo taken by myself on behalf of my other website famefad.com (now no longer) from 2015 and 9 June to be exact 21 days before my last ever celebrity photo and that was Amber Heard.  over in a previous post.  On this day it was a  chance to have a mess around with a vintage telephoto zoom lens and where better place to start than near the top of the celebrity tree and Lady Gaga. Taking a stupid risk here with an unknown quantity of a lens, but live dangerously is what I say?    About 4 hours waiting at a hotel (that's pretty good for an A Lister). She  quite obviously likes this hotel  in Central London (The Langham near the BBC) as she has been there a number of times before. She didn’t let us down with her now classic teacup  with hair up in a bun and shades  exit from her hotel. Nearly every pap in London must have been there along wit...
